Atlas Group Quality Assurance Program

Atlas Group Ltd. has established, documented, implemented and currently maintains a quality assurance program. We continually strive to improve its effectiveness in accordance with the requirements of the Software Engineer Institute - Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) processes.

Our Quality Management System (QMS) includes a repository of processes which not only embeds best practices from the industry, but also caters to the requirements of a diverse set of standards and models. We follow a number of industry best practices, which we integrate in all of our customer engagements. These include CMMI, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), and Project Management Institute (PMI).

Our management approach follows the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), and combines comprehensive planning, disciplined maintenance of the project baseline, and Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis, as appropriate, to provide greater visibility into program performance. Our process and procedures are continuously refined by incorporating lessons learned and best practices as part of our focus on continuous process improvement.
